I’m Alyx. I’m based in Anson County, North Carolina but I typically just refer to my geographical location to strangers as “Charlotte-ish”.
Time changes everything - it gives and it takes. There is something so very special about being able to capture moments in time - memories we can hold near and dear to our hearts for forever. There’s something equally as special about being able to give those memories back to you. It’s the most beautiful version of story-telling. Hopefully, this site provides a small glimpse of who I am and what I hope to give to you, in digital form.
A little about me. I’m convinced that I married one of the most wonderful humans on the planet and am a mama to Conley James. She’s the sweetest thing on this side of heaven and the most wonderful thing that has ever happened to us. I don’t deserve them. I am totally thankful for (and half of the time in-awe) of what God’s done for me and how he’s used me so far. I love traveling, getting lost in a good book, coffee in the morning and a glass of wine when the day is done.
